The Role
Are you a tenacious, organised and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner/Paramedic Practitioner? Are you committed to delivering high quality healthcare to patients in an innovative, varied and supportive setting? Do you want to make a real difference to people’s lives?
This post requires motivation, enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and demonstration of evidence based clinical practice. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience in general practice to work with our teams across Sussex and with our remote workforce hub. We are happy to support a hybrid working pattern with both face to face patient consultations along with some remote working which will include remote consultation clinics and remote clinical administration to support the face to face team.

Location Various Practices across Brighton and East Sussex
Hours Available Up to 37.5 hours per week
