Hamlet's Bakery is an artisan micro-bakery and corporate catering company based in Parson's Green Fulham specialising in innovative Jewish, Cornish and European Bakes.
We currently have 2 kitchens, one commercial and one domestic - both registered, licensed and insured. We're looking for a part-time/ad-hoc baker to work in the domestic kitchen based in Lambeth.
The Role
We're looking for someone with a passion for baking. Experience in a commercial bakery is not necessarily needed, providing you are strong at one of the following disciplines;
- Hand laminating viennoiserie
- Speciality cakes, such as genoise
- Yeasted dough; babka, challah, etc
