We're looking for an Office Manager to join our Regional Civils team to help deliver projects within the Southwest region. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities

Kier Regional Civil Engineering is looking to recruit an Office Manager to report to the Project Manager working on the Collaborative Delivery Framework with the Environment Agency. The main purpose of the role is to efficiently manage the administration duties in a busy office/site environment with multi discipline staff

Administration:


  • Monitor and log all training/CSCS & absences
  • Asset management
  • Co-ordinate diaries and meetings & refreshments
  • Kier Image Compliance
  • KierNet Training

Costing:

  • Daily G.R.N Entry
  • Supplier invoicing enquiries
  • COINS User support

IT:

  • Helpdesk Management
  • Basic IT support
  • User log
  • Outlook contact details for site staff

What do we need from you?

  • Good working knowledge of office procedures
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
  • Have excellent IT skills – MS Office, Excel
  • Experience of dealing with supplier invoices
  • Excellent customer facing skills
