CIW Responsible Individual – North Wales
NEW Project - Children's homes and school
I am looking for a CIW Responsible Individual to join a established Residential Childcare organisation. You will join them at an exciting time and be pivotal with them embarking on their new project of gradual development of new children’s residential services and education in North Wales.
Their first children's home in Colwyn Bay is ready to open with the home manager just started.
Starting salary from £50,000 per annum negotiable and only overseeing one home initially for approx 12 months until their first home is settled with placements and team.
Your salary will increase with taking on further RI responsibilities of their next children's residential service and a small school on site (already in process) to £70,000 per annum.
