We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Informa

We are open Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00

We provide cooked breakfast and lunch as well as sandwiches, wraps, salads, cakes and barista style coffee.

Your day to day duties will include cooking Full English Breakfast, Hot special of the day, preparing Burritos and hot wraps, serving customers and preparing canapes and finger food for afternoon events

About the Chef de Partie role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
• General cleaning duties
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
• Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.

Rate: £12 per hour

Shifts: Mon- Fri

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

This job role requires kitchen experience at Chef de Partie level
