We're looking for a Legal Support Assistant to join our established Family team in Oxford. With responsibility for handling a busy and varied workload, the position requires a highly confident and competent Administrator who thrives on managing priorities under pressure and is used to delivering highly detailed work to deadlines. The role will encompass audio typing, file management, client contact, accounts assistance, administration and diary management, so will ideally suit someone who is comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, has a flexible outlook and prides themselves on their level of detail.
The successful candidate will primarily be focused on the needs of the Oxford office, however will also be required to support the rest of the Private Client Business Group as and when required. There are other support members within the wider team and this role will require working in conjunction with them in carrying out the support function across the Practice Group.
The role is office based with core working hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday - Friday.
