We are currently representing a talented Landscape Consultancy based in Manchester that are actively looking for a Landscape Architect to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Landscape Architect to build and develop their career within a well-established team.

Projects the successful Landscape Architect will be involved with will include urban Residential schemes, large Residential schemes, both rural and urban schemes, hospitality developments as well as major urban extensions.

The successful Landscape Architect will be involved with detailed Landscape design for planning, technical design and detailing, contract administration, masterplanning and implementation.

Landscape Architect Position Overview

• Work on a range of rural and urban schemes around the UK
• Detailed landscape designs for planning
• Creating technical designs and detailing
• Contract administration

• Work closely with clients

Landscape Architect Position Requirements

• Experience or an interest in Landscape Assessments for LVA / LVIA
• Relevant degree in Landscape Architecture
• Excellent report writing and design skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience using CAD in a professional environment
• Living in or around the Manchester area
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic

Landscape Architect Position Remuneration

• Salary; £24,000 - £42,000 (DOE)
• Holiday; 23 Days + Bank Holidays
