Due to company growth, we are seeking a new member of staff to join us to finish off the season. You will be required to undertake all gardening work required by the customer, ranging from planting, pruning, weeding, grass cutting, hedge trimming, tree work, soft landscaping (hard landscaping when required) etc. This role starts and ends in Birmingham, please do not apply if this is an issue for you. We cover the whole of the West Midlands, North Warwickshire, Staffordshire.

• Own transport required
• Be polite as you'll be dealing directly with our clients.
• We expect all of our staff to arrive for work on time ready to start at the agreed time with the client.
• Full training will be given but we require some experience (whether this is an RHS course, degree, City and Guilds, or some hands on work such as a trades background). Please don't say you have experience if it doesn't show on your CV, as you will be rejected immediately.
• Be able to work on your own as well as within a team.
• Hard working and willing to work in all weather types. This is not a role for a fair weather person as we don't stop for rain.
• Be trustworthy and reliable.
• Have good attention to detail.

Here at Military Precision Gardening we lead by example, so we won't ask you to do something we wouldn't do ourselves. There is potential for this role to become full time for the right candidate next season.

Salary: £10.18-£11.75 per hour
