One of our longest standing cottage staff has decided to move away from the area so we are looking for a Holiday Cottage Cleaner to join the team. The cottages on Hadrian’s Wall are set in a location with amazing landscapes and history, and you’ll reap the benefits of working in gorgeous surroundings. We are a small team and are immensely proud of our cottages and the standard we provide for our guests. You'll be able to work independently and as part of a team, having an eye for detail and great communication skills are always an advantage.
URGENT VACANCY Immediate start! As this is an urgent role we will interview and possibly appoint whilst the vacancy is open, therefore we’d encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
Our holiday cottages positions are permanent roles and you must be available between 10am and 3.00pm (there may be flexibility with the finish time if the applicant has prior commitments) and you will require your own transport as public transport is limited. Free parking is available.
The Hours: Minimum 5 hours per week, with paid overtime, the main changeover days are Friday and Saturday (ability to work both these days is essential). However, short breaks mean that changeover days can also fall on other days of the week and you would have the opportunity to work additional hours. There is no Sunday working. Rotas are issued in advance and we try to accommodate other commitments where possible.
Pay: £10.50 per hour / £2,730 per annum
Internally you will be known as 'Holidays Operation Assistant'
