Haulage supervisor needed for Permanent role!

Heavy Machinery Packaging company based in Leicester (LE5),

Days with an early finish on Fridays,

salary upto £25,000-30,000 p/a+benefits+overtime available!

Duties:

• Supervise x12 staff and utilise their skills to make sure the daily work is completed on the shopfloor
• Delegate daily work and make sure it is complete in a timely and professional manner and use overtime as a tool if required
• Attend senior management meetings
• Ability to multi-task with internal departments
• Train new staff
• Ensuring delivery schedules (strict time lines) are met
• Maintain discipline and keep records of all incidents and occurrences for health & safety reason
• Complete all paperwork and liaise with the office at all times to make sure details are correct before despatch
