Butler Rose is pleased to be recruiting for a Financial Controller for our client, a well-established and growing business based in Bamber Bridge. The successful candidate will join the business at an exciting time of growth and development, and will play a key role in ensuring the financial stability and success of the company.

Your new role as Financial Controller:
Your duties will include:
production of monthly management accounts

production of monthly variance reports on income and expenditure

production of the annual budgets in liaison with the site General Managers

consolidation of the weekly forecast reports

provision of technical support to the accounts team and site management

have a good understanding of VAT and payroll legislation.

primary point of contact for the annual external audit

ad hoc reports as requested by the Finance Director or Managing Director

The Experience & Qualifications Required:
The successful Candidate shall be/have:
ACA / ACCA/CIMA Qualified

Driven & ambitious individual who will thrive in a swiftly moving, ever-changing environment

Management experience including personnel and team development

Strong Excel skills

Sage 200 experience would be an advantage

Your Reward & The Package On Offer:
As Financial Controller, you shall receive

A salary of up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience
