Finance Transformation Manager
6 Month Initial Contract (Likely to extend)
(UK Remote - Some travel required)
We are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to join the Haven Technology team on a temporary basis. Working for one of the UK’s best-loved holiday brands, you will be responsible for providing SME knowledge and support as we undergo a large financial transformation program.
You can be based anywhere in the UK for this role, as long as you’re happy to travel to meet up with your team and stakeholders. You may also be required to attend meetings at our Hemel Hempstead office in person.
As the Finance Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a key transformational project in migrating to a new platform (Unit4). You will provide expert knowledge and guidance to ensure the design and implementation is delivered on time and budget.
What we would like you to bring:
- Extensive ERP / Finance Transformation Experience
- Expert in Project and Product Life-cycles
- Experience of Enterprise-grade Finance/ERP Platforms
- Demonstrable experience in migrations involving large and sensitive data
- Expert of Change Management
- An excellent communication style, customer focus, ability to establish strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers and internal departments, and ability to manage stakeholder expectations is essential.
