The Role
Veeva is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate Manager to become an integral member of Veeva’s digital marketing team. You will be responsible for driving and optimizing Veeva’s digital marketing strategy.
The right candidate for this position is a creative problem solver with a passion for digital and is looking to grow their career by being a hands-on contributor driving digital content production, campaigns, insights, and strategy.
This is a full-time position that will report to the Sr. Director of Digital.
What You’ll Do

  • Manage and execute content updates on Veeva.com
  • Project manage digital projects from initial intake and requirements scoping through development, signoff, QA, and launch ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specifications
  • Manage the digital marketing intake queue and provide visibility to the marketing organization on the status of active projects
  • Prioritize and define content to be shared on LinkedIn in Europe
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
  • Measure and report the performance of the site and digital marketing campaigns
  • Optimize online response and conversion rates via landing page optimization, testing, and behavioral targeting
  • Provide the first level of QA for Veeva.com for site quality and consistency
  • Good knowledge of SEO and understanding of how to write content for searches for different countries

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a B2B, SaaS, or Cloud company
  • 2+ years experience working with HTML
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with evolving business requirements while maintaining deliverables, timelines, and next steps
  • Experience using web analytics to optimize SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Ability to thrive and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities
  • Well-organized self-starter with strong attention to details
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful team player with a growth mindset
  • Proven track record of managing digital content for a corporate website, optimizing SEO results using tools like SEMRush, Moz, ScreamingFog, or other tools
  • Use Google Analytics and Matomo to optimize digital ad campaigns

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working for an enterprise B2B software company
  • Good knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Prior experience with WordPress is a plus
  • Web design including the creation and editing of digital assets that are optimized for the web using tools like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Marketo/Eloqua) and CRMs (Salesforce)
  • Prior experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics or Matomo
