We are currently seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service/Sales Advisors. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, and promoting our products and services to our customers.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all our new employees. However, you should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing product and service information to customers and answering their questions
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a satisfactory manner
• Identifying opportunities to promote and sell our products and services to customers
• Accurately recording customer information and interactions in our customer database

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,360.00-£23,310.00 per year
