A great opportunity has arisen to join a Fantastic, Luxury brand business in Wokingham in their busy Customer Services team as a Customer service Advisor.

The Job duties of the Customer Service Advisor include;

• Replying in a timely manner to all email enquiries
• Answering all calls into the after sales department and processing them in a professional manner.
• Taking and processing spare parts orders for both consumer and trade customers.
• Communicating with both trade and consumers to ensure confirmation or payment has been received before proceeding with any chargeable repair.
• Ensuring all administration is performed meticulously in line with company standards.
• Liaising with all customers and colleagues, internal and external to our high company expectations.

Salary is £23,000

This is a great place to work. The hours are flexible 8- 4pm, 9 - 5pm or 10 -6pm are all options Monday - Friday + 25 days holiday, company gym, Christmas bonus and free parking.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
