The training consists of 2 weeks in the classroom and on the calling floor. We like to do a mix of classroom and hands on learning to suit everyone’s learning style so you’re fully prepared.Once you’ve graduated from training you’ll be introduced to your new team and be fully immersed into our community by following our shift patterns which span over 5 days (Mon-Sun) with 2 days off (40hrs per week).

Monthly club visits from Regional Manager and/or any other Club Support visitors. Key KPIs to include % of Frozen members, Usage % Penetration of monthly
Record all reactive job requests within the Service Insight (SI) application, assigning them to an engineer or Service Provider who has the relevant skills
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy. Provide massage therapy to clients in accordance with established protocols.
The on target earning potential for this role is 29,500 - 35,500 / annual salary based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of 26,000 - 32,000,
