Your New Role..
We are looking for someone who is passionate about branding and package design and wants to work collaboratively in a client-focused environment. Our Creative Project Leader will be a key interface between our clients and Design team, familiar with the creative process specific to FMCG Brand Packaging, facilitating the smooth running and delivery of adaptive and strategic projects. This role will manage the needs, expectations and daily communication with external customers, while guiding projects through our internal creative process.
Who We Are Looking For..
· A Project Leader, with experience in working in a creative agency environment, managing the day to needs of your clients, guiding them through the creative process.
· A strong understanding of consumer brands and preferably post design process.
· Provision of excellent project management for our clients and our internal artwork teams, managing communication effectively and providing a creative approach to the considerations of a design brief life cycle.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of people of differing backgrounds, cultures and levels of seniority.
· Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maintain oversight of delivery so that tasks and collaborative projects are completed on time.
· Desire to thrive from a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and demonstrate the ability to juggle priorities without losing site of the business objectives.
· Ability to problem solve, looking at the bigger picture and knowing when to escalate.
· Incredibly team focused with exceptional interpersonal skills, with a desire to achieve, striving to put the customer first.
· Support in identifying opportunities to expand our services with our current clients, in collaboration with the Client Service Teams.
