Job Description

The Compensation & Benefits Consultant will be fully responsible for the creation and implementation of the job evaluation project required and will report to the Head of HR for this assignment.

The Compensation & Benefits Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Implement the job evaluation framework either using Hay job evaluation or Willis Towers Watson or any other majoy job evaluation framework.
  • Conduct the job benchmarking exercise across the organisation
  • Carry out a full audit of all compensation and benefits within each job role across the organisation
  • The aim of the project will be to capture all comps & bens activity within each job role/job band and to simplify the current process

The Compensation & Benefits Consultant Skills:

  • CIPD L5 or equivalent HR professional
  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Reward
  • Previous experience of setting up Hay job evaluation frameworks or equivalent such as WTW.
  • This role will suit an interim professional or a candidate immediately available who will look at a 6 month fixed term contract.

Requires an immediate start!! Can consider a contractor who is on short notice or drawing to the end of their current contract.

This is a 6 month contract, paying up to £700pd LTD to be paid via one of our Umbrella providers on our Approved Supply Chain. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis and must be prepared to travel on an ad-hoc basis to UK sites.
