As an Assistant Manager in our Premium & Urban pubs you'll be a huge part of the management, helping the General Manager to bring our brands to life by delivering amazing experiences and playing a key role in the development and leadership of an engaged and talented team.

About the role

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join the team at the Star in Haywards Heath.

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in ensuring that the pub operates efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis.

You will play a key role in driving sales and profits, maintaining exceptional standards of service, and ensuring that the team delivers an outstanding guest experience. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating the team to ensure that they deliver their best work.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a management role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, an eye for detail, and strong leadership skills.
