The Post holder will also lead on the development and oversight of the Parenting offer across the area in partnership with the Together for Families Parenting Lead. Area Family Hub Coordinators provide support and line management to Early Help Parenting Workers and will work closely with their colleagues in universal, targeted and specialist services to deliver seamless services to children, young people and their families
Area Family Hub Co-ordinators are responsible for developing positive working relationships between professionals and services under the guidance of an Early Help Service Manager and in response to our Cornwall’s Early Help Strategy. Services will be delivered through Family Hubs but also within communities as an outreach or virtual offer. Candidates will be resourceful, solution focused, evidence based and analytical in approach. You will deliver with care, empathy and compassion working to secure the best child and family outcomes.
