What you'll be doing::
As our Account Manager you'll identify potential in the customer base and establish a strong working relationship with your customers to create a ‘Trusted Partner Status’, securing and identifying additional revenue streams. You'll seek to know all of the customers’ key decision makers, from C-Level to IT Management, and have full knowledge of upcoming requirements and projects.
You'll be supported by a team of expert solutions architects who you will engage to discuss and build technical quotes your customers, but your main focus will be on the pro-active identification, development and maintenance of key customer relationships.
We want to hear from you if you::
- Have an appetite for learning technical aspects of the industry – how the internet works, designing cloud platforms, specification of servers, and understanding support services
- Can demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
- Have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Are self-motivated and works well within a team
