Full-time Permanent, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Due to the company’s continued success and continued growth, they are looking for an administrator to join their office team in their Mansfield office.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who has worked in a similar before and for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of the team. ​

What you will be doing:

  • Schedule & oversee maintenance visits and allocate engineers.
  • Log, distribute & oversee reactive calls to engineers in line with SLAs/KPIs.
  • To act as customer liaison officer, communicating directly with end users.
  • Liaise with site engineers to ensure jobs are responded to and updated in real time.
  • Process completed paperwork and action additional required where applicable.
  • Liaise with the customer to ensure all updates are communicated effectively.
  • Ensure completed calls are costed in accordance with contract terms.
  • Attend client review meetings
  • General Admin tasks ​

What you need?

  • Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages are essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • You will be a team player with ambition.
  • Be able to communicate and build successful working relationships with customers and other employees.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Administration qualification
  • Industry knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential
