Position Overview We are seeking an On-Call Assistant Stage Manager to support the Artistic team in various capacities. The role involves assisting with rehearsals, training sessions, safety procedures, and backstage management. Responsibilities Support Artists and Artistic Staff Serve as liaison between Artistic and Technical Staff Assist with integrating new Artists into production Enforce production rules, policies, and procedures Assist in safety procedures and emergency measures Manage rehearsals, training sessions, and backstage areas Call technical cues and prepare show lineups Maintain show records and assist with scheduling and archival recordings Perform other duties as assigned by the General Stage Manager Qualifications College Diploma or equivalent experience Minimum two years of relevant industry experience Multicultural and tour experience are assets Knowledge of Microsoft Office Fluent in English, both written and spoken Legal right to work in the United States Cirque du Soleil is an equal opportunity employer.
