General Summary The Electrician Helper assists electricians by performing tasks under supervision, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. They are prohibited from working on energized circuits. Preferred Job Skills Maintain professional appearance and conduct OSHA 10 Hour, CPR, and First Aid trained High productivity and effective communication Mandatory Hiring Requirements References, Background Check, Drug Screen, Valid Driver’s License. Responsibilities Assist electricians with tasks like blueprint reading, conduit sizing, wiring, and installation. Learn and assist with various electrical tasks and operate equipment (training provided). Position Requirements Valid driver’s license preferred High School Graduate/GED preferred No experience required Working Conditions Work in all weather conditions, at heights, and in confined spaces. Must wear PPE and have personal tools. Flexible work hours, including nights and weekends. Physical/Mental Functions Ability to identify wire colors, interpret drawings, operate tools and equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights.
