About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, People Experience (PX) for the Latin-Iberia region. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in the development and delivery of the PX strategy, with a focus on providing best-in-class employee experiences. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the regional leadership team, defining and prioritizing critical employee experiences such as hiring, onboarding, engagement, compensation, talent management, and mobility. Responsibilities include day-to-day business partner leadership, overseeing a team of PX professionals, and ensuring close collaboration with various internal teams to deliver an optimal employee experience. The role also involves leading cultural and change initiatives, driving continuous impact, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate for this role at the company is a self-motivated, innovative thinker with a deep understanding of the Latin music industry. They should have senior leadership experience, be fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus), and possess excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills. The role requires a leader who can pivot between strategic and executional activities, build trust at all levels, and drive transformative change with a focus on diversity, accessibility, and inclusion. The candidate should be a passionate thought partner, capable of making complex decisions with integrity and empathy, and have a strong enterprise mindset with the ability to think globally while adapting to local needs.
