Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Ability to travel as needed. Preferred: At least 2 years in an advisory or consulting role. Skills: Adaptability to lead clients through change and ambiguity. Proven trust-building with clients, designing business processes, leading workshops, developing business cases, delivering agile projects, and managing talent and change.
