We are looking for a meticulous Titling Clerk to join our team in the Tech Center. In this role, you will be responsible for managing essential title documentation and supporting accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities:

• Accurately process title documents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Verify and enter data into the system with a high level of precision.

• Handle invoice processing, including reviewing and reconciling discrepancies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation.

• Maintain organized records of title and accounting documents for easy retrieval.

• Address inquiries related to title documentation and provide timely resolutions.

• Assist with general administrative tasks to support the accounting department.

• Conduct periodic audits to confirm the accuracy of title and invoice records.

• Stay updated on changes in regulations that may impact title processing.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in accounting or administrative support.
• Proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and address inquiries.
• Basic understanding of title documentation processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets and databases.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy.
