Job Description About This Job Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for a technical intern. This individual will work on a team of Operations, Cybersecurity, and Project Management professionals on a variety of system and IT projects. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Set up and administer user accounts within various systems
- Learn various systems and applications and assist in the training of end users
- Troubleshoot user issues related to Jira and Confluence
- Analyze and document processes and procedures
- The applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Other duties as assigned

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required Education: - High School diploma or GED
- The successful applicant should be a Junior/Senior college student
- Customer service experience
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Prior experience working in an IT department. Help desk, desktop support, IT Call Center, or customer support experience is a plus
- Ability to review, analyze, document, and explain technical systems or data
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $45526 - $61491

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
