As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols of assigned areas, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. By responding promptly to situations and communicating clearly with both team members and visitors, you will help to create a welcoming and orderly atmosphere. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and report any irregularities or violations of site policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding any security-related matters.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with company and site-specific protocols.
• Remain alert to potential security-related risks and hazards in the environment and report them promptly.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
