A contract opportunity is available for a Social Worker to provide support services at an elementary school in Glendale Heights, IL. This position is focused on covering a leave of absence and offers a chance to contribute to the well-being and development of young students during a crucial time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services to students, including counseling and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students social and emotional needs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to address student challenges
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a positive school environment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student cases

Qualifications:

• Degree in Social Work or related field
