What You’ll Do:

• Knock doors in assigned territories to actively prospect, generate, and close your own leads
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of our expert lawn care and pest control services
• Offer tailored solutions and build immediate trust with potential customers
• Manage your sales funnel from first knock to close
• Own your results and drive your own success

What You Bring:

• Experience in lawn care, pest control, or a related home services field
• A hunter’s mentality — you seek out opportunities, not wait for them
• Tenacity, confidence, and resilience in the face of rejection
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-discipline, independence, and a high sense of ownership
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
