Quality Manager – Lead Excellence in Manufacturing Location: Dubuque, Iowa
Salary Range: $68,000 – $98,-000

As the Quality Manager, you’ll drive the development and execution of quality systems that ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a talented team, collaborate across departments, and influence supplier relationships—all while building a culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do: - Lead the Quality Vision for our Dubuque, IA facility, managing a team of quality professionals and aligning strategies with enterprise goals.
- Drive Compliance & Excellence across ISO/IATF standards, warranty reduction, and cost-of-quality initiatives.
- Implement Best Practices in error-proofing, non-conformance management, and supplier quality assurance.
- Monitor Trends & Metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Mentor and Develop Talent to build the next generation of quality leaders.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless quality integration.
What You Bring: Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field
- 7+ years of experience in a regulated industry (ISO, IATF, etc.)
- Proven leadership in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Expertise in FMEA, DFM, RCCA, and supplier CAPA support
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or similar tools
Nice-to-Have:
- ASQ Quality Certification
- Six Sigma Black Belt
- Hands-on QMS implementation experience
