Pay: Receive starting pay of $23.50/hr PLUS $2.25/hr night shift premium = $25.75/hr
Bonuses quarterly bonuses, profit sharing, and a $2,000 hiring bonus after 90 days
Schedule : 12 hour night shifts on our 5-2-2-5 schedule. You would work 5 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 5 nights off; Have every other weekend off!

What you'll need:
A high school diploma or GED (we can help through our FREE GEDWorks program)
Comfortable with basic math (like counting and simple calculations).
Can communicate clearly with team members.
A team player who works well with others.
Can follow directions and also help guide others when needed.
Good at solving simple problems on the job.
Forklift experience is a plus!
Background in manufacturing or industrial production, assembly, warehouse, welding, construction, steel, or other hands on jobs
Fork lift experience is a plus!
Overhead crane operation experience
Solid understanding of workplace safety
