We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our support team. In this role, you will engage with customers in real time via our live chat platform to provide product information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive brand experience. This is a fully remote position requiring strong written communication skills, quick thinking, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through live chat to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide information about products or services

Manage multiple simultaneous chats while maintaining a friendly, helpful tone

Accurately document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary

Provide real-time solutions and follow-ups as needed

Collaborate with team members and departments to improve the customer experience

Stay up to date on company products, promotions, and policies to ensure accurate and consistent communication

Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve support operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Previous experience in a customer service, live chat, or online support role

Exceptional written communication and grammar skills

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

Fast and accurate typing skills (recommended: 50+ WPM)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM and chat platforms such as Zen-desk, Intercom, LiveChat, or similar tools
