Location: Tarzana, Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 base + gratuities

Position Summary

We are looking for a licensed massage professional with a minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in spa, medical spa, or wellness environments. A passion for integrative beauty and body care is essential, as well as comfort with technology-assisted treatments. This role requires both strong technical skills and the ability to connect with clients through education and personalized care recommendations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver lymphatic and body-contouring treatments, using advanced devices (training provided).
• Perform consultations to customize therapy plans.
• Educate clients on post-treatment self-care and long-term wellness benefits.
• Confidently recommend service upgrades, memberships, and retail offerings.
• Maintain an immaculate treatment space that reflects a luxury standard.
• Partner with colleagues to ensure an elevated guest experience.
• Adhere to California massage and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• Active California Massage Therapy License.
• Minimum 1+ years of professional spa/wellness experience.
• Background in diverse massage modalities (manual or technology-based).
• Goal-oriented, with a proven ability to support service and product sales.
• Professional, polished presentation with excellent interpersonal skills.
