We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Integrated Marketing Manager to lead localized clinic and provider-led initiatives across a national footprint. This role bridges in-store and digital experiences, ensuring brand consistency and customer-centric campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring marketing acumen, creativity, and cross-functional leadership to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping seamless customer journeys, innovating brand touchpoints, and scaling successful local marketing strategies. Accountabilities: Design and execute local marketing strategies to grow client acquisition and improve retention across all locations. Develop toolkits, campaigns, and playbooks tailored to clinic and provider needs, aligning with national marketing efforts. Integrate digital and physical brand experiences, including signage, collateral, and in-store activations. Lead marketing support for service and product launches, focusing on customer awareness and uptake. Collaborate with creative, digital, communications, and operations teams to unify campaign execution. Analyze marketing performance data to guide improvements, using insights from customer reviews and team feedback. Maintain awareness of competitive and industry trends to inform campaign development and strategic decisions. Bachelor's degree required (high school diploma mandatory). Minimum 3 years of experience in integrated or brand marketing, or management consulting. Proficiency in marketing analytics, reporting, and using data to inform decisions. Strong understanding of brand activation across digital and physical environments. Exceptional writing and communication skills; ability to develop strategic marketing briefs. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
