Enjoy an average annual income of $80,000 (federally tax-free) plus room and board. You must reside in Iowa and either own or rent your home.

For nearly 40 years, Mosaic has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through our shared living services. This role not only provides essential support but also offers a rewarding career path!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with team members as necessary.
  • Provide necessary transportation.

Additonal Responsibilities (Based on Preference):

  • Assist with personal care such as bathing, toileting, and feeding.
  • Support medical protocols, including those for seizures or feeding tubes.
  • Care for individuals with complex physical or medical needs.
  • Potential support for behavioral issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be a resident of Iowa.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and current vehicle registration are required.
  • Active home or renters insurance.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Reliable internet access and computer skills are essential.
  • Willingness to complete all state-mandated training.
  • Maintain an environmentally safe and clean residence.
  • Ability to pass State/Federal background checks.
