Carbon Concrete Coatings, a leader in premium concrete coatings, is hiring 2-3 enthusiastic Epoxy Floor Technicians/Installers to join our growing team. No prior epoxy experience? No problem! Were looking for hard-working individuals ready to learn and transform spaces with stunning, durable epoxy floors. If youre reliable, eager to work hands-on, and want to build a rewarding career, we want you!
What Youll Do:

• Assist with grinding surfaces and sweeping dust to prepare floors.
• Help move materials and equipment on job sites.
• Support shop vacuuming and cleaning floors for coating prep.
• Aid in patching floors and mixing epoxy or polyaspartic materials.
• Roll and chip floors under the guidance of experienced installers.
• Perform general labor tasks to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
• Learn all aspects of epoxy flooring installation through on-the-job training.

What Were Looking For:

• Qualifications:
  • Past painting or epoxy flooring experience is helpful but not required well train you!
  • Must have your own reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. (we handle bags of concrete dust).
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
