The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through email and chat support, resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely manner
  
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
  
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
  
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

• Excellent written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
