Overview Customer Success Manager AI-Powered Founder & Executive Communications Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid or Remote) We work with startup founders, CEOs, and executive teams to turn their ideas into influence. Using AI and editorial expertise, we transform raw insights—interviews, pitch decks, internal docs—into high-impact content: LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, press, and most importantly, Social Engagement! After an influx of new customers, we are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the client relationship end-to-end. You’ll be the bridge between our content creation team and the visionary leaders we serve, ensuring every engagement runs smoothly, every deliverable lands with impact, and every founder achieves the Social engagement they want.
