(within 20mins of Providence!) * Outpatient Addiction Medicine - Medication Management, Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Chronic Disease Management, etc * The Physician will work alongside their support staff team to treat patients in an outpatient setting. This is an FQHC facility. * Desire to work with an underserved population. * Team Size: 3MDs and 8 APPs * Daily Volume: 16-20 * Call: 1 Week per quarter. 1 Weekend per quarter. * Schedule: 40hrs per week. 32 clinical and 8 Admin * 4 day week an option! * Beautiful location near the water with great culture and amenities!
