The Opportunity The GTM Strategy & Execution team drives GTM execution for the Corporate segment. As the cross-functional squad leaders, this team is responsible for translating sales strategy into execution, and choreographing key activities across sales, finance, marketing, PMM and the rest of the Adobe ecosystem - and is accountable for the business outcomes. The team is also responsible for incubating strategic pipe-gen programs and driving executive communications throughout the org.
What You'll Do - Develop strategic GTM initiatives across our Creative Cloud Growth priorities and drive execution with cross-functional stakeholders
- Build executive level reporting and communication to track progress across our key initiatives
- Identify gaps and pain-points in our sales motions and incubate strategic pipe-gen programs to improve our GTM execution
- Optimize the rhythm of the business to improve our operational efficiency
What You'll Need to Succeed - Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2025 - June 2026
- Experience and/or coursework focused in strategy (sales/GTM/product), market and competitive analysis
- Ability and willingness to work cross-collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing
- Previous experience working in SaaS or within the technology industry is a plus!
- Previous background in PMM/GTM and/or Program Management certifications is a plus!
- Knowledge and/or experience using Adobe tools is a plus
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $175,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
