People Solutions are currently recruiting for temporary Telemarketing Assistants to start asap for our client based in Shirley, Birmingham. This is a great role that can offer a long term carer, our client also a fantastic bonus structure!

We are seeking driven, dynamic individuals to join their Telemarketing team, you will be working within a friendly team in a plush, modern office environment.

Salary: £11.00 per hour

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 14:45pm
We can also offer part time hours

Day to Day Duties

Working on behalf of our clients contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.

Essential Skills

Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)

• Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated
• Work well within a team and as an individual
• Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull

Desirable Experience

Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.
