As Phase Leader, we require someone who is committed to continually raising the standards of teaching and learning within their phase and who will have high expectations for our pupils and our staff. We are seeking someone who can motivate pupils and colleagues and is committed to working in partnership with pupils, parents, governors and the wider community.
