At Leonardo in Yeovil, the Home of British Helicopters, we design, develop and deliver aircraft operating around the world including multiple Search & Rescue fleets and Royal Navy Merlin and Wildcat helicopters.

We have a great opportunity for a Talent Attraction Partner to join us and be part of our exciting future, in attracting key talent and skills to achieve our goals.

Hybrid working considered for right candidate (ability to work remotely) with some time onsite as needed.


What you will do

As a Talent Attraction Partner, you will support our business and specifically our People Leaders to recruit the best people across our growing teams. Complementing the current team, you will utilise direct recruitment methods and tools and work closely with our hiring community to understand the requirements, allowing you to succeed in attracting the best talent to Leonardo.

What success will look like for you;
  • Sourcing active and passive candidates via direct channels, social media, internet, talent mapping and relationship building to create strong talent pipelines
  • Engaging proactively with the management population to understand and deliver against their requirements
  • Representing Leonardo and demonstrating our value proposition through candidate interaction up to and including, or where needed, onboarding
  • Conducting initial screening and assessments of candidate knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit for the role
  • Fully understanding skills, qualifications & knowledge against requirements
  • Meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to deliver for the business

What we are looking for

To perform the role we really need you to have:
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit professional and key skill roles relevant to sector
  • Significant experience utilising sourcing methods
  • Up to date knowledge of legislation related to recruitment
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build good relationships quickly
  • Attention to detail with good interpretation of English language, grammar and spelling
  • A drive to ensure adverts are written and presented with professionalism and excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business and role requirements
  • Ability to work autonomously and equally comfortable working within a wider people team

It would be great if you have:
  • CIPD or a degree equivalent qualification
