As General Manager, you will...

• Be passionate, enthusiasticand ambitious. You will be hands-on, getting stuck into all aspects of the business, both on the floor and in the kitchen.
• Demonstrate and coach your team to deliver outstanding service and be accountable for the entire customer journey
• Oversee our kitchen team ensuring the store operates with top-class food safety standards and oversee quality of our produce
• Create a fun environment in your store where you support and develop your team
• Drive top-class operations including managing labour, foodand wastage costs

When you join our business as a Manager you'll spend 4 weeks in one of our training stores in the UK for your training to support you in learning our business and processes.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an General Manager in a reputable restaurant high street brand. Experience at this level in a fast - casual operation would be advantageous. The role will be extremely hands-on and operational.
