Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creation and maintenance of stock static data
  • Update pricing information for stocks priced manually
  • Ensuring that the large volumes of stock amendments and pricing information are updated accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform regular reviews in preparation for Quarter End periods
  • Cross checking amendments done by other members of the department to ensure maximum accuracy
  • To support other team members when assistance is required
  • Understanding the systems relevant to the Stocks and Pricing team
  • Dealing with various queries from investment managers
  • Assisting with project work, testing and training when required
  • Provide training to other members of staff when additional assistance is required

The Successful Applicant

The successful Investment Stocks Administrator will require the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Experience in financial services
  • High level of accuracy
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective problem solver, generating practical solutions to often complex issues
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Access, Word and Excel
  • Confident managing data on multiple systems simultaneously
