Registered Social Workers are needed primarily to sit within the Learning Disabilities Social Work Team. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours). Access to a car is essential as it will involve traveling around the Bath and North East Somerset area. There is flexibility on the base which could be Radstock or Keynsham and a hybrid model of working, however, the minimum commitment in the office will be 50% of the time. The role will be leading on urgent reviews and Care Act assessments for a Residential Home which is closing and other homes under Large Scale Safeguarding Enquiries. As well as reviewing/assessing, some follow up support planning will be required including identifying accommodation.
