Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to plan and oversee our English and Portuguese social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing weekly, monthly, and annual social media plans and coordinating with various departments to align product promotion and company messaging.
The Social Media Manager will also oversee local social media personnel in Brazil, establish British social media content, and ensure effective communication with Brazilian social media channels. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the playing.io community, ensuring its daily upkeep and growth.
Key Responsibility
- Develop and implement social media strategies in line with our brand identity and target audience, ensuring that our social media presence is engaging, consistent, and reflective of our brand values.
- Develop and manage weekly, monthly, and annual social media plans for playing.io's English and Portuguese social media accounts.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure product promotion and company messaging are aligned with social media goals
- Manage local social media personnel in Brazil and establish UK social media content
- Ensure effective communication with Brazilian social media channels
- Establish and manage the playing.io community, ensuring daily upkeeps and growth
- Stay up-to-date on international social media trends and implement them into social media plans
- Use design and art knowledge to enhance social media content
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in social media management
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese
- Strong understanding of brand concepts and international social media trends
- Web3 (DeFi) experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various departments and personnel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
