Our boutique digital agency is currently seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Those all-important, need-to-know job details:
- £35,000 - 40,000 Salary (DOE)
- Office-based position (Mansfield - NG21 0HJ)
- Full-Time (with potential for part-time or job-share for the right candidate)
- Monday to Friday - 09:00-18:00
- On-site parking available
- Easy access via public transport, with plenty of local amenities available - including on-site nursery facilities (external provider). Accessible from Nottingham, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Newark, Worksop, Lincoln, Retford - and surrounding areas.
What you can expect day-to-day in this job role, includes:
- Managing, implementing and overseeing a broad range of SEO, PPC and Email marketing strategies for both internal and client-led projects
- Developing UX and CRO strategies for websites
- Writing and editing content for websites covering a range of diverse subject matters (majority B2B)
- Increasing organic search results on Google
- Developing cross-channel marketing strategies
- Analysing data and producing stakeholder marketing reports
- Keyword research and analysis
- Proofreading websites and marketing copy
- Writing and editing blog articles
- Developing email marketing copy
- Managing and supporting other members of the marketing team in their work
- Implementing SEO best practice
- Leading on ongoing digital marketing strategies
- Enhancing your skills and knowledge of digital marketing best practice
- Researching content ideas and strategy
- PR outreach
- Marketing presentations
- Supporting other members of the team
- A range of other marketing related tasks and activities
To be considered you must:
- Have a minimum of 6 years experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Have a proven track record of success for developing marketing strategies for SMEs (SEO, PPC and Email)
- Have a sales-led mindset that's focused on achieving results
- Have experience working on strategies for a wide-range of businesses - both B2B and B2C
- Deep understanding of the latest B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Have an analytical mind and ability to think and adapt quickly to changing requirements
- Experience managing and supporting other members of your team
- High level of confidence and knowledge of digital marketing best practice
- Expert-level working knowledge and experience with Mailchimp
- Expert-level knowledge of all market-leading digital marketing software
- Experience working with WordPress CMS
- Experience working with a diverse range of businesses (B2B and B2C)
- Have deep knowledge and understanding of CRO and UX
- Have the ability to write concisely and accurately in order to maximise rankings
- Be diligent and organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have exceptional IT skills
- Quick to adapt and pick up new systems and software
- Fast and accurate word processing skills
- Ability to take constructive feedback
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Have an approachable, friendly and positive attitude!
